My take:
Why you single out RangNath Mishra?
Humanity failed to understand that Judiciary has nothing to do with justice. 'Justice' is the first casualty in judiciary. By default Judiciary has to uphold the Indian Constitution and Law. [THIRD SCHEDULE OF THE Indian Constitution, Form IV and VIII read with Article 29(1) of the Indian Constitution]. How can Judiciary deviate from her own oath? Judiciary is house of organized financial racketeers, pettifoggers, frauds, usurpers and cheats. A man of character cannot stay in judiciary. The judiciary is being abused by judges since its inception. The puppet Judiciary has always been instrumental in stealing the possessions of the subjects and eradication of Vedic culture. One, who takes oath of faith and allegiance in the Indian Constitution, is one's own enemy. Judiciary is puppet. Judiciary has to obey the President and Governors. Judges function on the mercy of the prosecution.
The sorry state of affair is that you do not feel horrified that you have been reduced to sheep of such a blatant criminal cow and man eater Jesuit Sonia and Zimmi of Mujahid Hamid Ansari. Both have divine command {(Bible, Luke 19:27) (Azaan, Namaaz and Koran 2:191 and 21:98)} as well as unfettered fundamental right [Article 29(1) of the Indian Constitution] to slay you, steal your possessions {(Koran, 8:1, 69 and 41) and (Bible Deut. 20:14)} and rape any woman on the earth? (Koran 23:6) and (Bible, Isaiah 13:16). You have been compelled to accept Jehovah and Allah Gods, Bible and Koran religious books, mosques and churches worship places and Azaan call for prayer. (AIR 1985 CALCUTTA HIGH COURT104). For your sustenance, power and pelf, your rulers have no choice than upholding their (Muslims' and Christians' fundamental rights mentioned above. {Article 60 of the Indian Constitution, Article 159 of the Indian Constitution and Schedule III of the Indian Constitution.)  You are celebrating the doomsday viz. Jan. 26 since 1950, the day on which you lost your right to property, [Article 39(c) of the Indian Constitution and omitted Article 31], right of your life, faith, culture and nation. Article 29(1) of the Indian Constitution. Have you courage to protest the presence of such violent and murderous rulers in Bharat?

It was the apex court which snatched citizens' right to property. (Shankari Prasad Singh Deo v UOI, AIR 1951 SC 458: 1052 SCR 89;) (Hiralal J. Kania CJ and 4 other JJs. Date decided 5-10-1951). It was the Calcutta High Court, which declared Jehovah and Allah gods and Bible and Koran religious books. It was the apex court, which snatched right of maintenance of Muslim women in Shah Bano case. It was the apex court which granted salaries to Imaams, ignoring Article 27 of the Indian Constitution. (AIR 1993 SUPREME COURT 2086). It was apex court, which tried Sati case of Roop Kunwar in Rajasthan. Now its judiciary, which legalized intercourse between same sex. It is the apex court, which legalized live in relationship. It is the Haryana High Court which permitted marriage between sister and brother. Now would be turn of Virgin mothers. Judiciary would rule that virgin mothers be rewarded by the Governments.

Dr. Moorthy Muthusway, author of Defeating Political Islam: The New Cold
War, published in 1908 in America. This book gives a detailed analysis of
Islamic Terrorism or Jihad in India in the past 30 years.
Dr. Muthusway, a nuclear physicist by profession, is of the opinion that
Ranganath Mishra Commission is a long term plan for the extermination of
non-Muslim faiths (Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists and Christians) in India.
Dr. Muthusway further argues that since Muslims have already been given
one-fourth of India in 1947 in the form of Pakistan, there is absolutely no
necessity to give them any further reservations or concessions at the cost
of majority Hindu community.
Dr. Muthuswamy believes that Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan
Singh, both are most inexperienced and incompetent persons so far as national
security and Islamic ideology are concerned. They will never be able to
comprehend real aim of Political Islam, i.e., the conquest and subjugation of
non-Muslims. Hence, their susceptibilities are being exploited by Sonia's
political secretary, Mr. Ahmad Patel who is the brain behind the Islamic
oriented extremist agenda that is being propagated by UPA Government.
In this video, Dr. Muthusway appeals to the Indian leaders/nation to
empower and educate themselves to defeat Jihad or Islamic Terrorism in India.
It is essential for the survival, security and safety of our future
generation.
Now is the time for Hindus to wake up. They can ignore Dr. Moorthy
Muthuswamy's advice only at their own peril.
