What for is section 196 of the Criminal Procedure Code compiled?
Non-violence is imposed upon Aryans alone through [Article 29(1) of the Indian Constitution] and shielded vide Sections 196 and 197 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Like Nazis rolling into Poland following the "peace process" in 1930's Europe, the perpetrators of Islamic terror and Christianity's Mission are inflamed by violent and racist doctrines. The doctrines are ' Fight them until persecution is no more and the Religion of Allah reigns supreme.' (Koran 8:39) and "But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them bring them here and kill them in front of me." Bible, Luke, Chapter 19 Verse 27. Both have agenda, and you are ignorant of it. If we do not retaliate, humanity would finish.
For sustenance, power and pelf a public servant, legislature and PM has to depose faith and allegiance in the dreaded predator and pirate Indian Constitution as per Schedule III in various forms. A high court and apex court judge has to take oath to uphold the Indian Constitution as per Schedule III forms IV and VIII. Governors take oath to defend the Indian Constitution as per Article 159. Governors and Judges, who administer oath to each other, have no choice. Either one has to leave one's dignity, right of life and property and freedom or one's sustenance.
Christianity and Islam have been detained in Bharat to eradicate Vedic Sanaatan Dharm. I feel pity for the Public servants. Public servants are hired criminals of Democracy. The Indian Constitution converts them into criminals. The rulers of the world need dominance and booty. For the very purpose, the so called prophets, who were otherwise scoundrels, fabricated criminal gods and established themselves intermediaries to their gods. The books named Bible and Koran of these gods, protected by the Indian Constitution and Indian Judiciary, have been compiled to justify the most ungodly behaviour the world has ever known. Qaba and Vetican are booty. Azaan is insult of the faiths and deities of non Muslims. Azaan incites communal hatred and strife on the basis of religion. Azaan is offence and attracts action under section 153/295 of the Indian Penal Code. The Indian Constitution and section 196 of the Criminal Procedure Code has condoned Muslims from action u/s 153 or 295 of the Indian Penal Code. No court can sit into judgment against Koran and Bible. (AIR 1985 CALCUTTA HIGH COURT, 104). While 'Justice' is first casualty in judiciary, 'Liberty' is the first casualty of faith. There is no such thing as 'freedom of faith'. However, while Azaan is enjoying full immunity under section 196 of the Indian Penal Code, read with [Article 29(1) of the Indian Constitution], telling these facts is blasphemy and attracts death penalty in Islamic countries. Financial racketeer and Lesbian President Pratibha and her Governors have been hired to protect Imaams, who shout Azaan u/s 196 of the CrPC, and grant sanction of prosecution against whistle blowers under very section. Since 1860 A.D. till to date, no Imaam was ever arrested for violation of Sections 153 and 295 of the Indian Penal Code. Nay! Imaams are getting salaries on the writ of apex court (AIR 1993 SUPREME COURT 2086) for abusing Aryans through their Azaan. Take out booty and sex, Christianity and Islam would finish. Conversion is crime against humanity. Even Christianity and Islam command slaughter of renegades. (Koran 4:89) and (Bible, Deut. 13:6-11). Are Muslims going to relinquish their Koran and Christians their Bible?
Our Ishwar provides one and all, including Muslims and Christians, liberty of faith (Gita 7:21) and Right to Property (Manusmriti 8:308). In contrast World belongs to Allah (Koran 2:255). Muslims are Allah's hired killers of those, who worship any other god save Allah (Azaan and Koran 21:98) and usurp the victims lands, properties, children and women. (Koran, 8:1, 69 and 41).
Qaba belongs to idol worshippers. Are Muslims going to return Qaba to idol worshippers?

How Hindus are being deprived of their rights by UPA Government
1. Hindu students Pay Higher Interest for Study Loans
Hindu students get student loans at higher interest rate of about 12% to 14% per annum but minority students get student loans at 3% per annum from the national Minority Development & Finance Corporation under the Union Ministry of Finance. For Confirmation please visit www.nmdfc.org
2. (a) 'Minority Students' fees on Hindu tax-payers money.
All minority students admitted to 50 top institutions of India like IIMs, IIts etc will get their total fees paid by the Government but Hindu students, have to pay their fees them selves.
(b) Free coaching for Muslims and Christians (through Hindu tax-payers' money)
If a minority student decides to join any coaching centre to prepare for admission into colleges or Public service examinations or jobs in government and private sectors he gets total fees of coaching centre paid by the government but a Hindu student or his parent has to pay the fees of coaching centre.
(c) Discrimination in scholarships to Hindus
The UPA Government has announced 25 lakhs of scholarships exclusively for school-going children of minorities.
According to one such scheme school children belonging to minorities whose parents have an annual income of Rs. 2.50 lakhs are entitled to get a scholarship (subject to fulfilling certain minimum conditions.) But a Hindu student whose parents earn even less than Rs. 2000 per month, cannot get a scholarship.
3. Young Hindu Entrepreneurs under discrimination
Hindu youth gets loans from commercial banks to start a new business at 15% to 18% interest and has to arrange 'margin money' of 15% to 14% of project cost from his private sources, balance comes from the bank. But a minority youth has to put in only 5% of project cost from his private source, other 35% is given by the National Minority Development & Finance Corporation at 3% interest, and remaining 60% of finance is given by commercial banks at two percentage points less than general lending rate for Hindus. How can a Hindu youth compete in business?
