Hon'ble sir,In the above matter, I, accused AYODHYA PRASAD TRIPATHI S/o Late Shri Beni Madhav Tripathi, do reiterate that I had published facts from Koran & Bible, which have wrongly been held religious books by Calcutta High Court. (AIR, 1985, Calcutta High Court, page 104).
1. It is false to suggest that any pamphlet was pasted by the accused. I am editor of Registered News Magazine named ‘MUJAHANA’. I publish 4000 copies of my issue every week and mail and distribute them for wide publicity to make aware the people about the danger to human race posed by two criminal religions and cultures viz. Christianity and Islam. The impugned FIR was deliberately filed by the usurper and butcher Government of NCT, Delhi with ulterior motives to eradicate Vedic culture and get Aryans either converted or slain. No sanction u/s 196 CrPC was granted at the time of my arrest. No investigation was carried over. My Fujitsu Note-Book computer was deliberately spoiled by the Police. Had there been investigation conducted, the culprit would had been found to be Koran, Bible and the Indian Constitution for the reasons quoted below:-
a. First I am reproducing below Section 153-A of the Indian Penal Code under which the impugned FIR was registered.
“153-A. Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, etc., and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony.- (1) Whoever-
“(a) by words, either spoken or written, or by signs or by visible representations or otherwise, promotes or attempts to promote, on ground of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, caste, or community or any other ground whatsoever, disharmony or feeling of enmity, hatred or ill-will between different religious, racial, language or regional groups or castes or communities, ...
“shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
“(a) by words, either spoken or written, or by signs or by visible representations or otherwise, promotes or attempts to promote, on ground of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, caste, or community or any other ground whatsoever, disharmony or feeling of enmity, hatred or ill-will between different religious, racial, language or regional groups or castes or communities, ...
“shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
2. In their Mosques, Imams shout on loudspeaker Azan, "Allahu Akbar." Both words literally mean: Allah is Supreme. The salient features of this supreme Allah are available in Koran quoted in the Annexure-1 attached with this reply. They shout "La Ilahlillallahu, Muhammadur Rasulallahu." The sentence literally means: 'Allah alone can be worshipped. Muhammad is his messenger'. The attached 'Annexure 1' reveals as to what behavior the Imams is commanded to adopt against those who worship other gods including or excluding Allah.

However, the Home Secretary, National Capital Territory, Delhi and his police did not find their Azan inciting disharmony or feeling of enmity, hatred or ill will between Islam and different religious, racial, language or regional groups or castes or communities! Nay! Indian Judiciary has very kindly upheld Koran & Bible, both of which commands genocide expressly, religious books and further held that no court can sit on judgment on Koran and Bible. Chandmal Chopra V/s State of WB, 297/1985. (AIR, 1985, Calcutta High Court page 104).
4. I am fighting for protection of Vedic culture, Bharat, chastity of your women, lives of your infants, return of Kameshwar Mahadev Jyotirling situated in Mecca of Saudi Arabia, rebuilding of our 27 temples demolished by Qutubuddin in & arround Mehrauli, Delhi, abolition of Azaan & Namaaz, proscription of Koran & Bible, protection of your properties and your life and you are sending me in judicial custody. Do you know as to what are you doing? Are you not being compelled to commit suicide in lust of your sustenance, power & pelf? I feel pity for you. Neither you can survive nor you can protect human race. Help me protect you & human races & do not spoil my precious time in courts.
5. Muslims & Christians have been detained in Bharat to eradicate Vedic culture. This is their divine command. It has support of Article 29(1) of the Indian Constitution with immunity of Section 196 of the CrPC. With this reply, I demand, abolition of Azaan in NCT Delhi. I am not begging. This is ruling of apex court CJI VN Khare in best bakery case of that Zahira Sheikh, who would breed enemies of human race. The apex court has held, "The court cannot remain a silent spectator to its in action in Best Bakery case. You (CM Narendra Modi) have to protect people and punish the guilty .... You quit if you can’t prosecute the guilty." This ruling has yet not been overruled. Muslims & Christians, aided, abetted & harboured by the Indian Constitution are detained in Bharat to slay Aryans on the divine commands of Allah & Jesus. Muslims & Christians would slay us as such apex court must act to protect Aryans.
6. I have got demolished Babri structure. Nay! I have submitted 6 affidavits in courts that I alone must be tried as others are telling through affidavits that they are innocents.
7. Azan & Namaz are insults to our Ishwar that incite communal hatred between Muslims & Non-Muslims on the basis of religion and is offence vide section 153 & 295 of the Indian Penal Code. I have been discharged after trial in FIR No. 110/2001 for opposing Azan & Namaz in mosques by ASJ Ld. Shri Rajiv Mehra of Tis Hazari Courts Delhi on February 26, 2005. One can read the judgment on
8. The contention of the police might be the article published in issue 42 of 'Mujahana', on record, regarding Status of women in Islam and Christianity.
9. Sex and booty are two incentives that helped spread of Christianity and Islam. I have quoted from Koran & Bible. Therefore, the aggrieved persons might be either Muftis, or Imams, or Maulavies, or Sunday school teachers or Gideons or Fathers. They alone can rebut the verses of Koran and Bible mentioned in attached Annexure-1. The Annexure-1 narrates status of women like Anju Gupta Rizvi, who are breeding their own enemies. The accused squarely admits that he has insulted Anju Gupta Rizvi, because she (Anju Gupta Rizvi) has insulted Vedic Sanatan Culture, demoralized her clan and family and married a traitor Muslim. She has no idea as to what has she done? She would breed enemies of human race. Her male children would abuse humanity by crying Azan and reciting Namaz. Her female children would breed her own enemies. Her spouse Rizvi has full right to throw Anju out of her house after reciting 'Talak' thrice. In that case, Anju would have no right upon her own children to whom she has given birth to and this Hon'ble Court can't take any action against this enemy of human race Rizvi. Unlike a Hindu spouse, Rizvi would not even pay maintenance. Anju would again be burden upon exchequer i.e. the money of the accused extorted by Union of India. To support my case I am submitting two copies bearing facts as Annexure 3 captioned "The dignity and chastity of no woman is safe as per Bible, Koran and the Indian Constitution" & "Being a Muslim's wife" Annexure 4 with this reply. 10. My reason of protest against Anju Gupta Rizvi arose when she blamed the then Home Minister Advani for the demolition of Babri Structure, who, in fact, was rebuking my boys for climbing on the dome of the Babri structure and was suggesting them to come down. How can a man, who has married his niece Roshan, demolish Babri structure? The criminal conspirator judges of apex court, who have been deputed to help Union of India and state governments usurp belongings of the citizens and eradicate Vedic culture, have issued show cause notice to the father in law of Muslims L.K. Advani.
11. What status this man had at the time of demolition? Had one bullet been fired on the crowd, the structure could have been saved. So, if there was any conspiracy, it was from both PM Rao and CM Kalyan only. I had blessings from both of them. I have right to demolish every mosque and slay each Muslim u/s 102 & 105 of the Indian Penal Code. This is because apex court herself is culprit of dereliction of her duty as stipulated u/s 99 of the Indian Penal Code. If the apex court took cases of Zahira & Bilkis suo motu, she is duty bound to abolish Azaan & Namaaz, proscribe Bible & Koran & stop payment of salaries to Imams & Hajj subsidy paid from exchequer, in violation of Article 27 of the Indian Constitution suo motu, else quit.
12. If any judge wishes to try, he or she can prosecute me. Do not cheat people with proxy trials.
13. Now Advani has given Secular certificate to Zinnah, who was responsible for vivisection of Bharat. Contrary to the blame of Anju Gupta Rizvi, this has now been established fact that Advani remembers Babri, when he is in crisis. He wants Prime Minister Post to fulfill his promise to deliver India to Muslims towards dowry promised by him during NIKAH of his niece Roshan with Salim.
Ultimate status of worship places of alien faiths if Jehovah, Allah, Judaism, Islam and Christianity survive!

There cannot be second opinion that Muslims and Christians have been granted unfettered fundamental right to conserve their culture i.e. to establish the kingdom of their criminal Allah and criminal Jesus through Jihad and Mission. Moreover, what for are these kingdoms? To subjugate, slay, plunder, convert Aryans, and rape their women. Aryavrt Government is feeling pity for PM Manmohan, who has deposed faith and allegiance in the very Indian Constitution and as such is moving corpse. Nay! But even the natural and lawful exercise of sex is restricted to the marriage bond, under which the rights of both parties are duly regulated and maintained.” Extracted from the Koran of King Fahd, the custodian of two mosques Mecca and Madinah. See Koran Surat 70 verses 29 & 30 also.

Clearly, Christianity and Islam cannot tolerate aliens' worship place. Therefore, worship places, as long as Christianity and Islam survive, cannot survive!

Do you know that Qaba is our Kameshwar Mahadev Temple? Muslims have demolished all the 359 idols in its vicinity save Jyotirling.
Clearly Christianity and Islam cannot tolerate aliens' worship place. First, therefore, Ramlla temple cannot be constructed. Even if constructed, so long as Christianity and Islam survive, cannot survive!
Any one, who brings these facts before humanity, is being beaten by the police till one is conscious. Thereafter one is being produced before judiciary & Judiciary happily sends such person under judicial custody. Judiciary supposed to convict that one!
And note! While quoting the facts of Koran is crime attracting action under Indian Penal Code, the books from where these quotations are drawn remains sacred cow and immune from any action. These facts provide conclusion that Muslims and Christians are detained in Bharat to eradicate Vedic culture and annihilate Hindus.
Jihad (Crusade) (Koran 2:193; 2:216; 8:39 etc) is the culture of Muslims. Plunder, (Koran 8:1, 8:41) murder (Koran 9:5; 33:61 etc) and rape of alien women (Koran 4:24; 23:5; 33:50; 70:30 etc) is integral part of Jihad and is unfettered fundamental right of every Muslim as provided by the Article 29(1) of the Indian Constitution.
There are yet other hard truths. When I got demolished Babri structure, FIRs for demolition of Babri structure were registered by two Police Officers named Priyambda Nath Shukla and Om Prakash Tiwari and the Librhan Commission has been setup. However during the same period more than 90 temples were demolished by Muslims in Bharat. The apex court and Union of India owe responsibility to clarify as to why no police officer registered any complaint for the demolition of the temples and there is no enquiry commission for the demolition of the temples? The Chairman Librhan Commission has issued NBW against Ex. CM Kalyan and the very chairman Librhan Commission has no courage to summon me! Remember! The main dispute is as to why Islam and Masjid should stay in Bharat. The LG & the judiciary are being paid to thwart this very dispute!
Thus as long as Muslims and Christians demolish temples, Union of India and Democracy do not take action. No sooner a Church or mosque is demolished, all hell breaks out! So long as Muslims slay Hindus, usurp their properties, rape their women, no Muslim is arrested. No enquiry commission is constituted. Muslims murdered Kashmere Hindus and are usurping the properties of more than 4 lacs Hindus in Kashmir since 1990.
Thus, these criminals of Union of India would construct Ram Temple!
Do not accept servility of faith and booty. Come to Ishwar and His Vedic culture. He alone provides one freedom of faith and right to property. This suggestion is not for Hindus alone. Muslim and Christians should also apply their prudence and reasoning. They should not fall prey to the dogmas of Islam and Christianity. Humanity must relinquish Allah and Jehovah.
The reason is crystal clear. To escape punishment for crimes committed by the notorious prophets, they invented false gods and criminal religions. For sheer greed of sex and wealth, contrary to their own ethics, the notorious criminals, who declared themselves prophets, named Muhammad, Moses and Jesus, misappropriated religions, abused Jehovah, Allah and God and their tenets and invented dogmas to usurp the belongings of the haves, rape women and remain scot-free. Nay! They commanded Christians, Muslims and Jews to conquer aliens’ mother land, slay their male members, drink their blood and eat their flesh, usurp their women, animals and properties towards booty, enslave their children, desecrate their worship places and rule upon them. To achieve their mission, they invented imposter gods who have salient common features viz. every god is domestic servant of the prophet who invented it. Every god pardons criminals and thus multiplies criminals on the behest of his prophet. Every god is jealous to other gods. Every god is owner of the universe, women and properties of others. Muhammad put seal on prophet hood. If the butcher Allah (Koran 8:17) of Muhammad is so powerful, why are they reduced to second largest population of the world? So far, it is not clear as to which one is the correct god while every one is claiming supremacy over other gods. Under the prevailing circumstances, even humanity would become extinct. No sooner one accepts Islam, Judaism, Christianity and Socialism, these criminal activities ceased to be considered crimes instead these crimes turn into the source of sustenance and heaven after death. To add insult to injury they call these criminal guides religious books and to tell contrary is crime amounting to blasphemy with sanction of death penalty! If Bible and Koran are religious books and to usurp alien lands, plunder aliens, rape aliens’ women are religion one wonders what crime is. So the time is ripe to wipe out criminal religions like Islam and Christianity.
14. There is yet another lacuna in the present case. It has been done to protect Muslims for their protracted crime against humanity. I cannot complain against Muslims for shouting Azan as per section 196 of the CrPC. Even judiciary cannot take cognizance u/s 153-A. The right to sanction prosecution u/s 153-A has been reserved with financial racketeer President Pratibha and her Governors & District Collectors, who have been commanded by criminal Allah to slay us simply because we, the Aryans, do not worship Allah alone.
15. The Home Secretary, National Capital Territory, Delhi must had been specific. He must had explained as to what is wrong in my Mujahana Magazine issue 42? I am very much clear. Those, who attack the sentiments of other communities, cannot be granted immunity. I am just editing and publishing. What Muslims and Christians are doing? On Sept 11, 2001 it was USA’s WTC and Pentagon. Thereafter, it was London on 7.7.2005. Yet there was attack on Parliament. We lost our land in form of Pakistan and Bangladesh. Now Muslims are after J&K. Tomorrow they will attack on Delhi. Who would stop them?

In Democracy, the President & Governors have to take oath to protect and defend the Indian Constitution and laws. No citizen can have assets, capital, land, industries, gold and mines. It has been wasted into the State since November 26, 1949 vides Article 39(c) of the Indian Constitution. Although UOI has opted open economy since 1992, the Constitutional stipulation prevails. Moreover, the status does not discriminate between Hindus & non Hindus.

In contrast, Ishwar alone grants freedom of faith and meets his followers direct without any broker. (Gita 7:21). Through the very tailor compiled Article 29(1) of the Indian Constitution by Jesus’ Congress, the criminal Muslims and Christians have been provided unfettered fundamental right to conserve their culture i.e. in fact right to liquidate or enslave every non-Muslim and non-Christian of the globe.

As long as Muslims & Christians slay Aryans, nicknamed as Hindus, usurp Aryans properties, kidnap Aryans women & rape them, shout Azaan on loud speakers, demolish Aryans' worship places, assassinate Soldiers, demand Kashmir & Nagaland, Muslims & Christians get peace prizes. In lieu of abusing you, your faith, your Ishwar & your culture & inciting communal hatred and ill will, while judges cannot even take cognizance of the offence committed by Muslim Imams, for want of sanction under section 196 CrPC, the Indian government gives Rs 1,000 crores (Rs 10 billion) towards salaries to Maulavies & imams of mosques and Rs 200 crores (Rs 2 billion) as Haj subsidies. But no such help is available to Brahmin priests & pilgrims. Look! Not only the Brahmins, but all other castes & creeds are suffering in silence today, seeing the minorities abusing the majority under Government aid & abetment. Article 29(1) of the Constitution & Section 196 of the CrPC are being used as arms to liquidate Vedic culture & eliminate Aryans.
19. Governments protect their crimes committed under sections 153 & 295 IPC. No court can take cognizance for the crimes committed by Muslims & Christians, no police can register FIR against Muslims & Christians & no one can complain without sanction u/s 196 of CrPC. No sooner, their Koran, Bible & the predator Indian Constitution is quoted, the Governments get horrified. Sanction u/s 196 is immediately granted. In the impugned case, it is not that the quotations are not in Bible & Koran, but my crime is exposing the danger these books have posed upon humanity & conspiracy of Governments to eradicate Vedic culture.
20. I am telling these things, because I know that my days are numbered. I am already of 74 years. It makes me happy if I die at once instead of facing death at every moment.
