Judgment on Azan & Namaz

"Allahu Akbar means Allah is great. How can a criminal be great? In this very morning, while I am praying my own Ishwar, I can here this bang from the loudspeaker situated at more than 1km away in Khera Kalan, falling under Samaipur Police Station.
"Besides Allahu Akbar, Muslims chant here, “La e la h illlahu, Muhammadurrasulllah “that means, Allah alone can be worshipped. Muhammad is his messenger. They call it Namaz. Koran is the compilation of the commands of the very Allah and in Chapter 21, The Prophets, Verse 98, the very Allah commands, “Lo! Ye and that which ye worship beside Allah are fuel of hell. Thereunto ye will come.” Clearly its not me only, 890 million citizens are not worshipping Allah. Would they survive? Atal Govt., which is taxing us, is requested to stop it.
"Allah is robber, Koran 8:01 & 41 murderer, Koran 8:17, Koran rapist 4:24 and usurper Koran 2:255 and is, as such, a criminal. A criminal can neither be great nor god. Similarly murder, plunder, rape and usurpation cannot be religion. Still Indian Constitution accepts Islam as a secular religion and provides vide Article 29(1) the fundamental right to practice very religion. So Aryans are in jeopardy.

FIR No. 110/2001 dated 20-3-01 u/s 153 B & 295 A IPC was registered against the accused (Ayodhya Prasad Tripathi) in the Narela Industrial Area, N/W Delhi. The accused was badly beaten by the police and produced before MM Sudhesh Kumar, who was pleased to send the accused in judicial custody between 20-3-01 & 9-4-01. The cognizance was illegal for want of sanction of prosecution u/s 196 of the Cr.P.C. Thereafter the accused was illegally detained in Tihar Jail between 9-4-01 & 17-4-01 by MM Sanjeev Agrawal. MM Sudhir Kumar committed offence u/s 304A of the IPC and MM Sanjeev Agrawal committed offence u/s 342, 343, and 345 of the IPC. However since they shared booty extorted from the litigants and passed due share upto Atal Government, both were not punished for their crimes.
In conspiracy to suppress the true face of Islam, Christianity and Democracy charge was framed against the accused. The accused moved the court through revision and the Session Court discharged the accused as per judgment below:-

O R D E R
1. Vide order dated 15/9/03, the Trial Court in this case has framed a charge U/S 153 B. IPC and also U/S 295A IPC against which the present revision petition has been preferred by the accused before the Trial Court.
2. Facts in brief are that the accused who is petitioner herein had send one post card / press release addressed to Sh. Ajay Raj Sharma - Police Head Quarters, containing derogatory abusive & insulting remarks against Allah. Calling him robber, murderer, rapist, criminal and so on. This post card was sent for the legal opinion to the Government of NCT, Delhi, which opinion was conveyed vide letter dated 22/2/01, observing therein that the contents of the object are objectionable and prima facie attract the provision U/S 153 B and Section 295 A IPC.
3. After receiving this legal opinion, further investigation in the matter was carried out and charge sheet was accordingly filed against the petitioner before the Trial Court U/S 153 B / 295A IPC.
4. Section 196 Cr. P.C. deals with the offences where no Court shall take cognizance of the offence enumerated therein except with the previous sanction of the authorities designated which are Central Government, State Government with respect to the offences covered by S.S, (1) of Section 196 and which are Central Government or the State Government or the District Magistrate with respect to the offences covered by S.S. (1A) of Section 196 Cr. P.C. As may be seen from reading of Section 196 Cr. P. C. offence U/S 295A IPC is covered by S.S. (1) and offence U/S 153 B IPC is covered by S.S. (1A).
5. In the instant case, record does not show that for the purpose of prosecuting the petitioner for the offences U/S 153 B or U/S 295 A IPC file was ever put up before the competent authority. No such document is there on record with regard to the sanction given for this purpose nor charge sheet shows that file was put up for this purpose before the authority concerned. In absence of the same, the cognizance is expressly barred by Section 196 Cr. P.C. as it is a condition precedent for the same. Although, Learned Magistrate seems to have inadvertently taken cognizance of these offences against the petitioner but because of the mandatory requirement of the previous sanction preceding for the purpose of taking the cognizance which is absent here no such cognizance could have been taken by the lower court. It is a legal defect. May be that attention of the Learned Court has not been drawn to Section 196 Cr. P. C. before taking the cognizance otherwise, charge sheet could have been returned that very stage.
6. Instead of taking of the case on merits and without expressing any opinion about the same, this revision petition is hereby allowed for the reason given above as cognizance itself is barred because of the absence of sanction of the competent authority. The accused shall be discharged.
7. Copy of this order be placed on the record of the Trial Court for information and compliance.

Now, the reader may come to main point which has not been discussed by the ld. Judge for fear of retaliation by Government & Muslims both.
Allah depicts Muhammad & boasts for being a terrorist. (Koran 8:12) Allah claims that he deceives humanity, assassinates humanity, (Koran 9:5) slays humanity, (Koran 8:17) dupes humanity, robs humanity, (Koran 8:1) condones rape of women, (Koran 23:6) enslaves women, Children, & even his own worshippers, commits murder, (Koran 8:17) genocide, (Koran 8:39) sadistic tortures, terrorism, warmongering, (Koran 2:216; 8:65 & 67) etc. on the pretext that one does not worship Allah alone. Still Muslims claim that they are seculars, honour human rights & are peace-loving people! There is Hadith of Bukhari, an authority of Islam. Muslims give high regard to this Hadith. Here is the extract from the very Bukhari:V1B7N331 “The Prophet (Muhammad) said, ‘I have been given five things which were not given to anyone else. Allah made me victorious with terror. The Earth was made for me…. Booty was made lawful for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else. I was given the right of intercession on the Day of Doom. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only, but I have been sent to all mankind."
Muslims' abuse of aliens' faith is embedded in their Azan & Namaz. To add insult to injury they call it 'call for prayer' & 'prayer' respectively. Thus, the prayer of Muslims amounts to abuse, insult & blashphemy to other faiths & deities. See the press release in the beginning.
Muslims are not terrorists. In fact they are crusaders of Islam. In Islamic creed they are Mujahids. Muslims claim monopoly of blashphemy. They wish to maintain this status quo of abusing the faiths & deities of non-Muslims in lust of booty & sex. Like Hitler's creed, "One leader, one empire & one master race & slave humanity" their Koran commands, "Fight until persecution is no more & religion be all for Allah"
Muslims, harboured, aided & abetted by the Article 29(1) of the Indian Constitution & Koran, are committing most heinous crime against humanity? It is the duty of every civilized citizen of the world to abolish any form of racism and violence against humanity. Our duty is to reject opportunist monarchs, politicians, the media, celebrities and anyone trying to manipulate the public and breed racism and violence.
A simple question arises in one's mind. Which one is more fatal, whether the cartoons or Azan shouted on loudspeakers? Whether comments in Jyllands-Posten or commands of Koran for slaying those, who worship other gods than Allah?
How the facts be assumed casting aspersion to Islam?
Why should non-Muslims people tolerate Muslims' insult & hatred towards non-Muslims' gods & their deities aired through Azan? How can one achieve inter-faith harmony through Azan that shouts that Allah alone can be worshipped? How the Azan is not discriminatory?
It is urgent to point out that Qaba is booty. Ali, the son-in-law of Muhammad had demolished 359 idols in the vicinity of Qaba, which is, in fact, temple of idolators. Can Muslims, who are protesting against cartoons published in Jyllands-Posten, re-install those idols & return Qaba to idolators as an evidence that they are seculars and honour other religions & their deities?
Aryans are victims of their own Vedic culture that provides one freedom of faith, right to property and respect dignity of women. Aryans did propagate their Buddhism around the world, but nowhere had they ruled upon aliens’ territories. They did not demolish worship places and idols of aliens. They did not kill male persons and infants and did not rape women of alien faith. Their scriptures did not permit such crimes. Look! What Muslims did around the world!
For the publication of cartoons they are killing innocent people, while they themselves are abusing aliens' deities and insulting non-Muslims through Azan!
Do the Muslims know?
Islam is fraud imposed upon humanity to steal the possessions of the humanity. Peace is taboo in Islam. (Koran 2:216). Allah commands, “Fight until persecution, which is worse than slaughter, (Koran, 2:191) is no more and religion is all for Allah.” (Koran 8:39) Those Muslims who did not adopt crusade (Jihad) and observed peace have been consigned by Allah to their grave hell, since the inception of Islam. They would bear the punishment till Qayamat i.e the Day of Judgment. However, those who plundered, murdered, raped women of non-Muslims, became Ghazi if survived and secured instant supreme heaven (Firdaus) if slain. Allah is fraud. Allah promises heaven but consigns Muslims in hell till The Day of Judgment. Thus, Islam is a religion of the sword with the blade of the sword forever at the throat of any unbeliever.
Before blaming others first Muslims must mend themselves.
Since the crimes of the Muslims are OIC States sponsored, it has to escalate. Moreover, the crimes are aided & abetted by the Article 29(1) of the Indian Constitution.
Under the sensitivity of the cartoon publication matter, which has claimed several innocent lives and properties, we request urgent meeting with Your Excellency/Majesty at your convenience. An early response shall be highly appreciated.
