Subject: Suo motu action against Muslims abusing our Vedic culture, our Ishwar & our faiths under police protection facing Qaba, which is booty.
Sir,
Muslims have been granted unfettered fundamental right as per Article 29(1) of the Indian Constitution to conserve their culture.
Slaughter & genocide (Koran 8:39), robbery (Koran 8:1 & 41) and rape of non-Muslim women (Koran 23:6) are their culture and divine command from Allah. Judiciary has held their act beyond purview of judiciary. President of India, Governors and District Collectors are armed with Section 196 CrPC, to protect their crime u/s 153 & 295 of the IPC. We, the people of India, have no forum to complain against Muslim Imams, who are getting salaries from exchequer in lieu of abusing our faiths, vivisecting our nation, usurping our women & properties in Mizoram & Kashmir under Government protection. No police can arrest them and no court can take cognizance of their crime.
Now this vacation court & in the past VN Khare in Zahira case, has taken cases against us suo motu on the pretext of protection of people, who ruled, "You (CM Modi of Gujarat) have to protect the people. ... You quit if you cannot protect the people). This ruling is not overruled by any court.
We, the people of India, are in jeopardy due to the Indian Constitution, Koran, & Bible, the dogmas of which are potential threat to human survival. It would be in the interest of Justice that shouting of Azaan may be abolished.

PRAYER

I, therefore, pray Your Lordships to take my case suo motu. Issue necessary writ of mandamus declaring Azaan and Namaaz crimes punishable u/s 153 & 295 IPC. Qaba is our Kameshwar Mahadev Jyotirling. 359 idols in its vicinity has been demolished. Initiate action for repatriation of Qaba to Aryans after re-installation of 359 idols by Saudi Arabia.

The Court on its own Motion passed the following
O RDE R

It has come to our notice that in the last one week there has been large
scale destruction of public and private properties and no preventive action
appears to have been taken and unfortunately it does not prima facie appear that
any action has been taken against the offenders who were responsible for
destruction of such properties. As the electronic media shows the offenders feel
that they have done some very heroic or laudable thing because they show their
beaming faces when the T.V. camera is focused on them.

At our request, Dr. Rajeev Dhawan, Senior Advocate, present in Court,
has agreed to assist this Court as an amicus curiae. Dr. Dhawan may ask the

T.V. channels concerned to provide the footage of the telecasts to the police
authorities as also to him so that appropriate orders can be passed in the matter.
Dr. Dhawan submitted that even if there may be a right to protest in some cases,
that does not give license to any body to destroy properties and / or indulge in
acts of vandalism.
We direct the Director Generals of Police of the States of Haryana,
Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and the Commissioner of Police, Delhi to file
affidavits in this Court as to what actions have been taken and/or are proposed to
be taken against the offenders. The affidavits shall also indicate if no action has
been taken as yet, the cause therefor. The affidavits shall be filed within 10 days
from today.

The matter shall be listed on 18th June, 2007.
