Re: [aryasamajonline] Meet the richest man in GB and yes he is Indian

My take:

URL: http://www.constitution.org/cons/india/p03029.html

PART III

FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS

"Cultural and Educational Rights

''29. Protection of Interests of Minorities-(1) Any section of the citizens residing in the territories of India or any part thereof having a distinct language, script, or culture of its own shall have the right to conserve the same.''

The one of the real meanings of CULTURE as mentioned in Webster Dictionary is, ' the customary beliefs, social forms, and material traits of a racial, religious, or social group'

DIRECTIVE PRINCIPLES OF STATE POLICY

"39. Certain principles of policy to be followed by the State – The State shall, in particular, direct its policy towards securing –

(c) that the operation of the economic system does not result in the concentration of wealth and means of production to the common detriment;"

The fundamental Right to Property provided vide Article 31 of the Indian Constitution could not be snatched even by the Britons and the Constitution Committee. This Article 31 was amended by the dacoit Parliamentarians and upheld by the apex Court. Now the Article has been omitted from the Constitution since 20-06-1979.

{Article 39(c) and omitted Article 31 of the Indian Constitution}

We have folk-lore, "LAXMI KE HAIN CHAR SUT DHARM, AGNI, NRIP CHOR. JETHE KA NIRADAR KARO SHESH KAREN BHANDFOD."

Meaning: Wealth has four sons. Dharm, fire, king and thief. If the Dharm is ignored and humiliated the rest ruins every thing. Even Manusmriti says,

"DHARMEV HATO HANTI DHARMO RAKSHATI RAKSHATAH. TASMADHARMO N HANTAVYO. MANO DHARMO HATO AVADHIT." 'MANUSMRITI 8:15.'

Meaning: Protected Dharm protects and unprotected Dharm kills. Therefore, may unprotected Dharm not kill, let Dharm be not unprotected. Beware of the conspiracy of Britons' Congress Party. Secularism amounts to eradication of human race.

Kindly do not forget that LN Mittal is residing in GB, which is ruled by Jesus. He has relinquished Dharm and his motherland. He has to be slain for he does not accept Jesus his king.

If LN Mittal wishes to survive, he may support Aryavrt Govt.
