Anti-Conversion Legislation

Aryavrt Governments seek joint statement on the following verses of Koran Bible,
Bible, Deuteronomy Chapter 13 (Bible, Deut. 13:6-11)
False prophets must be slain, and idolatrous cities destroyed.
13:6. If thy brother the son of thy mother, or thy son, or daughter, or thy wife that is in thy bosom, or thy friend, whom thou lovest as thy own soul, would persuade thee secretly, saying: Let us go, and serve strange gods, which thou knowest not, nor thy fathers,
13:7. Of all the nations round about, that are near or afar off, from one end of the earth to the other,
13:8. Consent not to him, hear him not, neither let thy eye spare him to pity and conceal him,
13:9. But thou shalt presently put him to death. Let thy hand be first upon him, and afterwards the hands of all the people.
13:10. With stones shall he be stoned to death: because he would have withdrawn thee from the Lord thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage:
13:11. That all Israel hearing may fear, and may do no more any thing like this.
Koran 4:89 “They wish that you would reject Faith, as they have, and thus be on the same footing: Do not be friends with them until they leave their homes in Allah’s Cause. But [and this is a hell of a but...] if they turn back from Islam, becoming renegades, seize them and kill them wherever you find them.”
(Koran 5:101) O ye who believe! Ask not questions about things which, if made plain to you, may cause you trouble. But if ye ask about things when the Qur'an is being revealed, they will be made plain to you, Allah will forgive those: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Forbearing.
(Koran 5:102) "Some people before you did ask such questions, and on that account lost their faith."

A question arises. Why the same rule must not be applied against Imams, Maulavies, Pope, Evangelists and missionaries, who are harvesting souls? More so, when Jesus snatches wisdom from his followers, reduces his followers to sheep and converts his followers in to assassins and when Allah kills renegades.
Does the reader know that slaves have no civil rights? Those willing to revive their civil rights may support Vedic Panth. Christianity & Islam cannot provide liberty.
My disciples' disciple revered Shri Dara Singh alias Ravinder Pal Singh is charged for burning missionary Graham Staines and his two sons. His case is pending in apex court. How he became criminal in view of the above verses of Bible and Graham Staines was not?
A Missionary reports in his web site the Anti conversion bills passed by States, "India Persecution updates". Why must the missionaries be not replied in their own Bible's dogmas? Who would hang these missionaries till death for supporting conversion?

Joint Statement on Anti-Conversion Legislation in IndiaWe, the undersigned, represent a broad range of religious communities and organisations in India. We are drawn from Protestant, Roman Catholic, Muslim, Hindu and Buddhist faiths and none. We believe passionately in basic universal human rights. One of the most basic rights is the freedom to adopt, change, practise, teach and observe the teaching of a religion. This is set out in Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the freedom to freely profess, practise and propagate religion is enshrined in the Constitution of India.
Five states in India have already enacted legislation which restricts or impairs the right of citizens to freely convert from one religion to another. As the Rajasthan Government introduces its own law, we believe that we must raise our voice.
We consider that these laws seriously infringe and undermine religious freedom, and violate the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the Constitution of our nation. Furthermore, we believe these laws deepen and worsen religious divisions, conflicts and violence instead of enhancing the search for religious tolerance, harmony and mutual respect. While we unreservedly condemn any unethical or improper conduct, and any 'forced conversions', on the part of evangelists and religious teachers in their efforts to communicate their faith, we believe that the use of the terms 'force', 'fraud' and 'allurement' have been poorly defined in the legislation, and that the vague definitions both restrict religious and charitable activities, and create ample opportunity for abuse and unjust prosecution.
We believe that enshrining these terms in legislation gives credence to the rhetoric used by extremists against religious minorities, and publicly legitimises opposition to a wide range of religious activities. We believe these laws are superfluous and serve only to intimidate religious minorities and to obstruct freedom of faith.
We especially abhor the additional penal provisions in four state laws, where the converted person is a woman or a member of the Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, and call for full freedom of faith for the most vulnerable sections of Indian society.
We urge the Governments of Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Arunachal Pradesh, Gujarat and Rajasthan to repeal these unjust laws. We call on all religious and political leaders in India to work together to find ways of addressing disputes through dialogue and through non-violent, non-legislative and non-discriminatory ways. We call for a new climate of equal rights, religious freedom and harmony based on mutual respect for one another as human beings. Finally, we ask the international community to support our call.
